The room was spacious. The bathroom was beautiful. my room included a little patio for morning coffee. Tea and coffee were provided. the front desk was super helpful, i really appreciated the noon check-out. They held my luggage later in the day.

the hard surfaces on the walls and floors meant noise traveled. i don't think there was much sound insulation between rooms. i was kept awake one night by someone snoring nearby.

The hotel features a beautiful courtyard. It has a moorish style fountain. there is a rooftop restaurant that gives fabulous cathedral views. the ground floor includes a second restaurant for breakfast.

the location was acceptable, very close to everything, so that worked out well.

I was frustrated. the bathroom had ants, a nasty surprise. it took hours for anyone to address it, and then they moved us to a smaller room. The replacement room faced the street and i woke up to garbage trucks at 4:30 am. the night staff seemed clueless too.

The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear noise from the hallway sometimes.

I found the location to be excellent. It was near the Cathedral but on a very quiet street. The breakfast offered many options and was of excellent quality, AMAZING!!! The room was very spacious and comfortable, so I rested very well. I really appreciated the hotel's beautiful and well kept architecture.

The rooftop bar closed earlier than advertised.

The hotel is located very close to the cultural center. It is possible to reach any destination within walking distance, with the longest distance being approximately 30 minutes. The hotel is situated on a quiet street very near the Cathedral, I was thankful.
